Our fees are: (all our prices include GST)
- We charge $33 for a visit (refundable if you offer us the work)
- $66 per hour
- We do not charge for travel time.
Wherever possible we offer fixed price services:
- $165.00: - Virus, Malware and Spyware removal and we supply the very best in antispyware and antivirus software.
- $264.00: - New Computer setup fee including application software! Software such as popular Internet, office, security and a lot more. We can help you select your new PC, install and configure and deliver it to you. Then we'll set it up and show you how to use and maintain your new computer.
- $260.00: - Supply and install a firewall using reconditioned hardware with built in spamfilter, antivirus, popup blocker, spyware scanner and a host of other quality security facilities.
- $99.00: Support Pack 1* - upto 12 months support with upto 2 hours total time and upto 2 onsite visits and email and phone support. A huge saving on our already low hourly rate.
- $199.00: Support pack 2* - upto 12 months support with upto 5 hours total time and upto 4 onsite visits and email and phone support. An even bigger saving on our already low hourly rate.
*You can use support packs for any of our services; maintenance, training, help and repairs but excluding parts.
